The Use-It-First Guarantee

Digital products are different from physical ones: once downloaded, they can’t be returned. So instead of a guarantee you have to take on faith, this one asks you to use the thing first, and then it protects you.

How it works

Run at least one script from the product on your own files or data within 7 days of buying.

Every script prints a run receipt and saves it to a file called pab-run-receipts.txt in the folder you ran it from. It looks like this: 2026-10-10 09:18 | s1_follow_up_chaser | 4 follow-ups drafted | est. minutes saved: 16

If it didn’t do what the guide says it should, or you tried the Setup Guide and couldn’t get it running, email james@productivityautomationblueprint.com within those 7 days with your order number, your receipt file (if it ran) or the exact error message (if it didn’t), and one line on what you expected.

You get a full refund. No forms, no interrogation.

What this protects you from

  • A script that doesn’t work on your machine
  • A script that doesn’t do what’s described
  • Setup problems we can’t help you solve

What it doesn’t cover

  • Not having used the product. We can’t tell if it works for you until you try it.
  • Changing your mind about whether you need it, after running it successfully.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected. By purchasing, you agree digital content is supplied immediately and that this may affect your right to cancel as set out at checkout.

Honest limits

  • Scripts are tested on macOS with Python 3.9 and 3.12. They use only Python’s standard library and should work on Windows and Linux. If you hit a platform-specific problem, send the error and we’ll sort it or refund you.
  • Scripts produce reports and drafts from data you give them. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them, especially anything involving money, tax, contracts or client data.
  • Always test on copies of your files and keep backups.
