Who we are

Productivity Automation Blueprint (“we”, “us”) is run by James Ramsden, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: james@productivityautomationblueprint.com. Our website is https://productivityautomationblueprint.com.

What we collect and why

  • Email sign-ups (free kit, newsletter): your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use these to send the kit and related emails. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
  • Orders: your name, email address, billing details and order history. We use these to take payment, deliver your downloads, provide support and keep records required for accounting. Our legal basis is performing the contract and our legal obligations.
  • Support emails: whatever you send us, so we can help you or process a refund.
  • Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the shop to work (for example, to keep items in your basket). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes we will update this page and ask for consent where required.

Who we share data with (our processors)

  • Stripe: payment processing. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Sender: email delivery and list management. Our sign-up form loads from Sender’s servers.
  • Our hosting provider, WordPress and WooCommerce: to run the website and shop.

We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do we rely on appropriate safeguards.

The scripts you download

The scripts and guides we sell run on your own computer. We do not receive the files or data you run them on.

How long we keep data

Email subscriber data until you unsubscribe. Order and accounting records for as long as the law requires (currently six years in the UK). Support emails for up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. Email us at james@productivityautomationblueprint.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
