Terms of Sale and Use

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases from https://productivityautomationblueprint.com, operated by James Ramsden, a sole trader in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Contact: james@productivityautomationblueprint.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital downloads (guides, scripts, sample data and related materials) and a monthly membership that provides new digital downloads. Nothing is posted to you.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe at the time of purchase. Membership renews monthly until you cancel; you can cancel at any time using the link in your confirmation email or the customer portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Delivery

Downloads are available immediately after payment, by link on the order confirmation page and by email. If you do not receive your download within an hour, contact us.

5. Your right to cancel, and our guarantee

Because digital content is supplied immediately, by placing an order you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights where the content is faulty or not as described.

In addition, our Use-It-First Guarantee lets you request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if a script did not do what its guide says, or you could not get it running, provided you send your order number and the run receipt or error message.

6. Licence and acceptable use

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the scripts and guides for your own personal or business use. You may modify the scripts for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them (modified or not) as your own product or share your download with others.

7. Using the scripts safely

Scripts are provided as-is. They are tested on sample data, but your files, systems and data are different. You are responsible for testing on copies, keeping backups, and checking outputs before relying on them, particularly anything involving money, tax, contracts, or personal data about other people. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial or professional advice.

8. Our liability

We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss of data you could have avoided by keeping backups. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
